St. Marks Municipal Dock is located two miles south of Highway 98 and 16 miles south of Tallahassee. It is approximately 3.0 acres of uplands with 250 feet of St. Marks River frontage, and intake canal frontage of 600 feet. A submerged land lease is in place with riparian rights easement.

The concrete dock/pier is 1,440 square feet extends 60 feet into the river, extended barge basin with a high-water draft of 15' and a low water draft of 12'. Extending 52' wide for barge loading and unloading with a weight capacity to hold 45,000 lbs. It is designed for forklift access with a turnaround. It extends into Federal Channel Boundary and dauphins installed for stabilization.

There is a 14' newly paved asphalt access road, gated security with fencing. Water, sewer and utilities hooked up, room with additional parking and room for construction
